DOE’s Oak Ridge Office to hold
WHAT: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. celebratory program

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Oak Ridge Office (ORO) will hold its annual observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday with a program titled: 50 Years Later: The Evolution of the Dream. The program is free and open to the public.
This year’s event features an employee-driven program highlighting generational perspectives from past until present from DOE-ORO employees. Also, a brief video presentation of excerpts from Dr. King’s famous “I Have a Dream” speech delivered in Washington, DC, on August 28, 1963, will be shown.
