Unloading Norman Smart Behavior Blocker

Please perform the following steps to unload the Norman Smart Behavior Blocker software.

1. Right-click the Norman Smart Behavior Blocker icon in the system tray.

2. At the context menu that appears, select Unload.

3. At the Norman Virus Control prompt, click the Yes button.
