we will only see the last four digits for identification purposes.
Step 2 - Review the Job Announcement
We suggest you read through this entire announcement and preview the
online questions before applying. To see the questions, go to the end of
the Qualifications & Evaluation section of the job announcement. You may
need to customize your USAJOBS resume to ensure that it supports your
responses to these questions, as your resume must substantiate your
claimed experience.

then elect your USAJOBS resume to submit it with your application. You
will be redirected to the system used by the Department of Energy to
complete the application process.

Online Application
If this is your first time on the Department of Energy's vacancy

questions related to your eligibility for Federal employment. The system
will save these responses and then take you back to the announcement
question screen so that you can answer the job-specific questions.

answer the job-specific questions. Once you complete all of the
questions you will be taken to a page to submit your required
supplemental documentation.

must use if you want to fax us your documents. Faxed documents will be
imaged by a third party and attached to your online resume so that we
can receive and access them online.
It is important to follow the online process and submit the
appropriate fax coversheet for each document being submitted.
If submitting supplemental documentation as instructed above poses a
hardship please contact us by noon Eastern Time on the announcement's
