Employees who wish to participate should visit the Voluntary Solicitation web site to complete the on-line form. The information collected will be stored in a database, which will be searched to find eligible candidates for temporary details and permanent reassignments to ORO positions. Identification of Competitive AreasCompetitive area is the area/location in which employees compete with each other for retention under a reduction in force. Organizations receiving personnel services from the ORO, Human Resources Division, are assigned competitive areas as listed below.
