Transition

Phase-In Period is from contract award to 3/31/98.
Workforce and Subcontract Transition is from 4/1/98 until the work is being performed in accordance with the approved technical approach, but not longer than 2 years.
A Preliminary Transition Plan is part of the oral presentation: the Final Transition Plan is to be submitted by 3/1/98.
It is DOE’s expectation that efforts considered by the Contractor to be necessary for compliance with any inspections referenced in the clause entitled “Pre-existing Conditions” will primarily be conducted after 4/1/98.
