Scope will be withdrawn as facilities and operations are transitioned through the reindustrialization process; e.g., utilities.
Some functions may be provided by DOE; e.g., guard and telecommunication services.
Close coordination with reindustrialization activities and tenants is required, but the Contractor is not accountable for ES&H compliance or other tenant activities.
